GOAL 01: PEAK

RUNNING ANALYSIS

Do you feel pain while running, want to improve your efficiency, or simply struggle to power yourself in a sustainable way, so you can feel effortless and light while running?

In this comprehensive running analysis, you’ll learn about your running style and exercises you can easily implement into your runs to improve your form, pacing and more. You’ll also get to try a variety of tools that will help you to use your body as it’s intended to run. Injury prevention, form improvements, more enjoyment of running? Check!

GOAL 02: FLOW

MEDITATION

Need to clear your mind and calm your body, and you just can’t quite get there? In this gentle meditation session, you’ll have a chance to choose a theme based on your needs at the beginning of the session, reach a state of peak flow in mind and body, and receive gentle energy work. You’ll end your meditation session with some breathwork to the sound of clear, calming bell chimes and leave feeling calm and newly rejuvenated.

GOAL 03: PEAK+FLOW

VAGAL TONING WITH BREATHWORK

Soothe your nervous system with this deeply calming session. This session is all about giving yourself time, space and the tools to calm your frazzled nervous system and allow the power of full and easy breathing to undo stress and tension. You won’t find a better combination to find inner peace and calm.

GOAL 04: FLOW

WALKING ANALYSIS

Walking is an everyday activity, a sport (believe it or not), and an activity that can have a huge impact on our posture, our muscular-skeletal system and our energy level (have you ever felt heavy after a lot of walking?). In this analysis, we may cover topics such as the leg-back connection, the hip-knee-ankle joints freedom, length and location of your stride, absorbing shock, freeing the toes and feet, supination and pronation of the feet, hip stabilizers, spirals, video analysis and more! You will leave with lots of ideas you can directly use in your walking everyday. This session is personalized to each individual's specific needs and interests.

GOAL 05: PEAK

FEET AND ANKLE ANALYSIS, WORKOUT AND MASSAGE

Want to strengthen your feet and ankles, so they're as strong as a ballerinas? We will look directly at the specific issues you're facing, and, after careful analysis, improve your foot and ankle strength with a targeted series of exercises. We will do most of the exercises and massage together, so that you can easily carry on with your foot and ankle routine after the session. 

GOAL 06: PEAK

HIGH INTENSITY, TIME-EFFICIENT BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT

Do you want to learn a workout that you can easily perform, wherever you are, with maximum results? In this time-efficient workout, we’ll guide you through five different exercises, which make use of all the big muscle groups of the body.

We’ll also teach you the principles to follow, so that you can successfully build muscle, strength and cardiovascular fitness on an ongoing basis. While we will complete the workout together with body weight, we’ll also describe how you can complete it with machine and free weights, as well, so that you have all three options available for training. The workout is adapted from the Body by Science method, which is based on years of research discoveries about high-intensity training, time under tension and exercise physiology.
